JOB TITLE: DATA ANALYST CLERK
DEPARTMENT: ADMINISTRATION
REPORTS TO: CASINO CFO
SALARY: $ 21.00 hr / NON-EXEMPT / FULL-TIME
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must qualify for gaming license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excel skills essential
- Minimum one year of data analysis and accounting
- Good math and communications skills
- Must be able to communicate in the primary language of the workplace (English)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Player’s Club Data entry such as marketing promotions vs. revenue, marketing expense vs. revenue, revenue per slots
- Reconcile bank accounts, review bar inventory, update signer for banking.
- Work with Slot Director to optimize slot data, such as revenue per slot and usage.
- Assemble and remit financial statements to required parties on three entities
- Perform budget to actual expense comparisons.
- Willing to work any shifts as needed .
- Perform any and other duties as assigned by Management
