Role overview
We are hiring a Project Manager to own delivery and client communication across our D2C marketing accounts - keeping projects on time, in scope and on budget while coordinating performance, creative, SEO and content teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own client projects end-to-end, from brief to delivery.
- Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams on goals, timelines and deliverables.
- Build project plans and manage timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (performance, creative, SEO, content, web).
- Track progress, flag risks and report status to clients and leadership.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and delivery quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years in project / account management, ideally a digital or marketing agency.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, paid media, social, content).
- Proficiency in Agile / Scrum / Kanban ways of working.
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
Tools: Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Confluence.
