Role overview
We are hiring a Project Manager to own delivery and client communication across our D2C marketing accounts \- keeping projects on time, in scope and on budget while coordinating performance, creative, SEO and content teams.
Key responsibilities
\- Own client projects end\-to\-end, from brief to delivery.
\- Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams on goals, timelines and deliverables.
\- Build project plans and manage timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
\- Coordinate cross\-functional teams (performance, creative, SEO, content, web).
\- Track progress, flag risks and report status to clients and leadership.
\- Maintain high client satisfaction and delivery quality.
Requirements
\- 3\+ years in project / account management, ideally a digital or marketing agency.
\- Working knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, paid media, social, content).
\- Proficiency in Agile / Scrum / Kanban ways of working.
\- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder\-management skills.
Tools: Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Confluence.
