Job Summary and Qualifications
The Employee Relations HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance and support on complex employee relations matters, workplace accommodations, leave management, and HR compliance. This role partners closely with facility leadership to foster a positive work environment, ensure consistent application of policies, and support organizational objectives through effective employee relations practices
What you will do in this role:
- Lead employee relations investigations involving workplace complaints, policy violations, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other employee concerns.
- Manage ADA accommodations and the interactive process from initial request through implementation and follow-up.
- Partner with leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, corrective action, and policy interpretation.
- Support FMLA and leave management processes through case follow-up, return-to-work coordination, and issue resolution.
- Conduct interviews, gather and analyze information, document findings, and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Identify workplace trends and recommend proactive solutions, coaching, training, and process improvements to support employee engagement and compliance
Ideal Background:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong foundation in employee relations, workplace investigations, ADA accommodations, FMLA administration, and leader coaching. The successful candidate will possess sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate sensitive workplace matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
What you should have for this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- You must have a minimum of 3+ years in relevant work experience
- 1 or more years’ experience must be in a HR department
