Job Summary
Ariba Data Analyst
Experience: 6–10 years in procurement analytics/BI
Manage and Maintain master data and transactional data objects in Ariba and boundary applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design data model across S/4, Ariba, Workday; define dimensions and hierarchies (category, supplier, org, cost center, country).
- Responsible for loading legacy transactional data like, Legacy contracts, PO and supplier profile data.
- Coordinate with S/4HANA, Ariba functional and Workday team to track the master data is mapped appropriately
- Responsible for test data setups.
- Responsible for uploading the catalog data.
- Responsible for developing the right data strategy for the Ariba project and executing it.
Knowledge & Skills Expected
Technical:
- Understanding of data files in Ariba.
- Understanding of Ariba reporting and APIs
- Understanding Ariba analytical datasets & Control Tower artifacts.
- Well-versed with excel.

- Data dictionary, Data integration tracker, mock data uploads, prod data uploads
