- 8-12+ years of Business Analysis experience in Financial Services.
- Strong experience in Superannuation, Wealth Management, Pension/Retirement Products, or Investment Management .
- Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for Wealth and Superannuation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, SMEs, product owners, and technology teams.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform impact analysis across applications, integrations, and data flows.
- Support solution design, testing, UAT, and production implementation activities.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Agile tools.
- Ability to perform end-to-end system and process impact assessments.
Required Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong documentation skills, including BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Process Flows.
- Ability to independently drive requirements through the full project lifecycle.
