Job Summary
Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.
Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and stability.
Validate ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalog items, integrations, and configuration changes against business requirements.
Identify, log, track, and retest defects, working closely with development and support teams to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain test documentation, test evidence, and quality metrics while supporting release validation and change implementation activities.
