About the Role
We are a real estate content and digital marketing team working across the Delhi NCR, Gurugram and Dubai property markets. We manage social media pages, websites and content for residential and commercial projects by leading developers, along with personal brand accounts for property consultants.
We are hiring a Social Media Executive who can plan, create and publish content every day, grow our accounts and turn followers into genuine property enquiries. If you love Reels, understand what makes people stop scrolling and can handle several accounts at once, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars for multiple Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn accounts
- Create posts, carousels, Reels and YouTube Shorts for property projects in Gurugram, Delhi and Dubai
- Write captions, hooks and hashtags in English and Hinglish that match the voice of each account
- Edit short videos using CapCut, InShot, Canva or similar tools
- Use AI tools to create images, videos and voiceovers for social content
- Schedule and publish content on time through Meta Business Suite and other scheduling tools
- Reply to comments and DMs quickly and pass property enquiries to the sales team the same day
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth and leads, and share a weekly performance report
- Follow trending audio, formats and topics and adapt them for real estate content
- Prepare creatives and ad copy for Meta ad campaigns along with the ads team
- Coordinate with the content and design team for project launches and campaigns
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management (freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply)
- Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn
- Good command of Canva and at least 1 mobile or desktop video editing tool
- Good written English and comfort with Hindi and Hinglish content
- Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite insights and post analytics
- Ability to manage several accounts together and meet daily deadlines
- A portfolio or links to social media pages you have managed
- Experience in real estate, property or local business marketing is a plus
