What does the job entail?
- Manage and develop bancassurance products and services for Yes Bank, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall business strategy and goals.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the bancassurance space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and risk management, to drive business growth and profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in bancassurance, applying knowledge to inform business decisions.
- Design and implement bancassurance products and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
