Job Title: Email Marketing Executive

About the Role
Head Field Solutions is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing email outreach campaigns, maintaining high email deliverability, and generating qualified B2B leads through cold email marketing. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in managing large-scale email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Generate leads for services including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO), Virtual Assistant (VA), Video Editing, Studio Services, and Accounting Services.
- Manage multiple Gmail accounts and ensure smooth execution of outbound email campaigns.
- Monitor inbox placement, sender reputation, bounce rates, and overall email deliverability.
- Implement best practices to improve open rates, response rates, and campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing standards and maintain high-quality outreach practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in email marketing or cold email outreach.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability, inbox placement, spam filters, DNS authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and sender reputation.
- Experience managing 100+ active Gmail accounts for outreach campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
