**Job Description**
We are on the lookout for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic
team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging and intuitive
user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate should possess a strong
understanding of user\-centered design principles and the ability to translate user needs
into visually appealing and user\-friendly designs.
**Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate closely with managers and developers to understand user requirements and design intuitive, user\-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications. * Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve user experiences. * Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interactive mock\-ups to visualize design concepts. * Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries. * Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user insights. * Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design techniques, and industry best practices. * Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. * Manage multiple projects effectively in a fast\-paced and agile environment.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Human\-Computer Interaction, or a related field. * Minimum 3\+ year of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. * Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent. * Strong understanding of user\-centered design principles and UX best practices. * Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Responsive Design concepts. * Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and design validation. * Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. * Ability to transform complex requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.

Pay: ₹650,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
