Hema Automation India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced LT Panel & PLC Panel Estimation Engineer to prepare techno-commercial quotations, costing, and BOM for electrical control panel projects. Candidates with experience in the electrical panel manufacturing industry are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations for LT Panels and PLC Control Panels.
- Study customer enquiries, electrical drawings, BOQs, SLDs, and technical specifications.
- Prepare BOM and project costing.
- Select suitable electrical components as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Purchase, and Production departments.
- Obtain vendor quotations and optimize project costing.
- Provide technical support during the quotation process.
- Maintain estimation records and ensure timely submission of quotations.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in Electrical Panel Estimation.
- Experience in estimating PCC, MCC, APFC, PLC, VFD, and Distribution Panels.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, SLDs, and control schematics.
- Good knowledge of Siemens, Schneider Electric, ABB, L&T, Legrand, Allen-Bradley, Delta, Omron, and similar products.
- Strong knowledge of BOM preparation, costing, and MS Excel.
- AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in an Electrical Control Panel Manufacturing Company.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
