Your Impact
As a Team Lead, you will:
- Supervise and mentor staff accountants on client engagements.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and your team.
- Take ownership of complex projects with growing independence.
- Develop assurance plans and budgets and monitor engagement progress.
- Motivate and support your team’s career development.
- Identify business opportunities with current clients.
- Participate in internal committees and help implement firm initiatives.
- Lead pre-engagement planning and deliver presentations or training in your area of expertise.
What You Bring:
- CPA designation.
- Minimum two years’ experience in public practice.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience with Compilation Engagements, reviews, and corporate/personal tax.
- Eagerness to learn, seek feedback, and take on new challenges.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Enthusiasm for public accounting and team leadership.
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
