**Position Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise\-wide transformation initiatives by coordinating cross\-functional teams, managing executive stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires strong leadership, governance, risk management, and organizational change experience within complex business environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead complex enterprise projects from planning through execution. * Develop project plans, schedules, roadmaps, and status reports. * Coordinate cross\-functional teams and manage project priorities. * Support executive stakeholders with governance, reporting, and decision\-making. * Manage project risks, issues, budgets, resources, and timelines. * Prepare executive presentations and project updates. * Drive organizational readiness and support change initiatives.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Minimum 7 years of project management experience leading enterprise initiatives. * Experience working with senior executives and cross\-functional teams. * Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* PMP certification. * Experience with Planview, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools. * Experience delivering large\-scale business transformation, organizational change, or strategic initiatives. * Background in public sector, financial services, or other large enterprise environments.
