Business Development Manager – Fire & Security
About the Role
We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to win new business and grow existing accounts across the Fire & Security sector. You'll be responsible for selling fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and related service and maintenance contracts to commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings and site surveys.
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals.
- Manage the sales process from enquiry to contract award.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain an active pipeline.
- Work closely with estimating and project delivery teams.
Requirements
- Proven sales or business development experience within the Fire & Security industry.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
Package
- Up to £75,000 basic (DOE)
- Uncapped commission

Pay: £55,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
