This role serves as a key point of contact between vendors and internal stakeholders, coordinating with Legal, Information Security, Finance, Privacy, Risk Management, and business owners to validate funding, review commercial and contractual requirements, and ensure appropriate approvals are completed. The Sr Strategic Sourcing Analyst will support and engage with executive-level stakeholders by preparing concise sourcing recommendations, vendor comparisons, commercial analyses, and decision-ready materials for key vendor and sourcing initiatives. The role requires hands-on experience with Oracle for purchase order issuance and related purchasing activities, including identifying discrepancies among purchase orders, quotes, invoices, and contracts. This position also supports process improvement, documentation, reporting, and the effective use of automation and tools while helping manage vendor relationships and the complete contract lifecycle from start to finish.
