Hire Resolve’s Client is looking for an energetic, reliable and customer-focused Picking & Packing Delivery Driver to join their team in Sea Point, Cape Town!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, staying active and interacting with customers. This role is about more than just getting behind the wheel! You'll play an important part in the day-to-day operations of the business, from picking and packing orders to preparing deliveries, managing stock and ensuring customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver customer orders safely and on time throughout Cape Town and surrounding areas.

Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Check products and ensure orders are correct before dispatch.

Assist with loading, unloading, stock handling and repacking.

Provide friendly, professional customer service and build positive customer relationships.

Complete delivery documentation, route sheets and handle cash responsibly.

Assist customers with queries and manage returns professionally.

Support general shop duties and keep stock organised between deliveries.

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Minimum Requirements

Valid driver's licence suitable for the delivery vehicle.

Good English communication skills.

Previous driving, delivery or customer service experience will be advantageous.

Friendly, approachable and customer-focused personality.

Honest, dependable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Good attention to detail and basic numeracy skills.

Physically fit and comfortable with picking, packing, lifting and handling stock.

Able to work independently, show initiative and contribute positively to a team.

Must be available to start immediately.
