About the Role
Architect next-generation enterprise platforms. Hitachi Digital Services is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead technical vision, design resilient distributed systems, and drive cloud-native modernization across large-scale digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Define end-to-end architecture blueprints and document technical designs using the C4 Model (Context, Container, Component, Code).
- Backend & Microservices Leadership: Provide technical governance and design scalable distributed services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Cloud-Native Deployment: Architect resilient, scalable solutions deployed on Kubernetes and containerized platforms.
- Full-Stack & API Integration: Guide frontend architectural standards (React/Angular) and design robust REST/event-driven API ecosystems.
- AI-Augmented Engineering: Champion modern developer productivity by integrating AI-assisted tools for coding, code reviews, and automated testing.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Bridge business strategy with engineering execution across DevOps, developers, Product Owners, and clients.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Solution Architect delivering complex enterprise platforms.
- Deep mastery of Java, Spring Boot, and distributed Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes (cluster deployment, scaling, networking, and resilience).
- Strong experience in architecture documentation using the C4 Model.
- Solid understanding of modern frontend frameworks (React / Angular) and event-driven architectures.
- Exceptional technical leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
