About the Role
Bridge business vision with software execution. Hitachi Digital Services is hiring a Technical Business Analyst (3+ years) to translate complex user requirements into robust technical specifications and ensure seamless delivery across multi-system software environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Elicitation: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document user stories, functional/technical specifications, process flows, and SRS.
- Feasibility & Impact Analysis: Conduct gap analyses and evaluate the technical impact of new features on existing architectures and system interfaces.
- Engineering Alignment: Partner with development and architecture teams to ensure technical implementations match business goals.
- Testing & UAT Oversight: Support test planning, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and facilitate swift defect resolution.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an IT or Technical Business Analyst.
- Strong functional analysis skills (SRS, use cases, workflow mapping).
- Practical understanding of system integrations, interfaces, and multi-system/data migration environments.
- Nice to have: Domain experience in Railway, Transportation, or Industrial IoT systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and fluent professional English communication.
