De rol richt zich op cybersecuritystrategie, governance, risicomanagement en compliance, waarbij het zwaartepunt ligt op organisatorisch leiderschap in plaats van op dagelijks technisch beheer. De professional adviseert onafhankelijk, bouwt draagvlak tussen business en IT en vertaalt cyberrisico's naar concrete beslissingen voor het bestuur. Het betreft een voltijdse en langdurige samenwerking in een hybride werkregime, met twee tot drie dagen aanwezigheid op kantoor in Brussel.
- Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in cybersecurity en aantoonbare ervaring als (v)CISO of senior adviseur
- Sterke kennis van Enterprise Risk Management, ISMS, ISO 27001, NIS2 en GDPR
- Expertise in Security by Design, IAM, DevSecOps en Third-Party Risk Management
- Vermogen om complexe technische risico's te vertalen naar bestuurstaal en concrete businessimpact
- Sterke competenties in stakeholdermanagement, coalitievorming en cultuurverandering
