Looking for an enthusiastic Media buying and affiliate marketing professional, with hands-on experience handling large number of vendors and partners. The ideal candidate would be someone who understands media buying, has a good network among affiliates, publishers and martech companies.

Responsibilities

Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns and suggest the right inventory basis the brief

Compare and negotiate rates, ad inventory and ad spots

Activate new partners to deliver digital performance or ad innovation

Negotiate with Affiliate partners on Volume deals, Savings for Clients, and Anti-fraud terms

Handle Partner agreements drafting and closure with Finance & Legal Teams

Maintain repository of Inventory, Rates, and Upcoming Impact Property schedules

Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix

Oversee deployment schedules and adjust when needed

Experiment with new platforms and channels

Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI) and Savings on deployment

Report to clients and build long-term relationships
Qualifications
Master's degree, preferably engineering + MBA in marketing
10+ years of experience in Media management, publisher relationships
Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media only
Familiarity with media-buying, planning and research
Working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g. comScore, TGI, Similarweb, GWI)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Organizational and multitasking abilities
