Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment at outstaff\outsourсe IT companies
- Advanced level of English
- Experience as head of recruitment or in a similar role is highly desirable
- Experience working in recruitment teams of rapidly growing companies
- Excellent understanding of the current state of IT industry
- Have experience building a recruitment system in international markets for a company
- Experienced in building recruiting dashboards and working with them (analysis of bottlenecks, building hypotheses)
- Knowledgeable about modern technologies in recruiting and sourcing
Responsibilities:
- You will develop our recruitment process and flow to maximize efficiency
- You will be hands-on with recruiting; creating job posts, screening, and interviewing candidates
- You will communicate with our clients to understand what they are looking for and bring that knowledge to recruiting
- Eventually, you will build your team of recruiters and manage them
