Key Responsibilities
Franchise Expansion
- Identify and develop new franchise opportunities within the assigned territory.

Business Development
- Increase revenue and profitability of existing franchise centres.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies for new and existing centres.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and local marketing initiatives.
Franchise Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with franchise owners.
- Provide regular business guidance and operational support.
- Resolve franchisee concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct periodic business review meetings with franchise partners.
Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate Business Development Executives.
- Allocate targets and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Logistics, and Lab Operation teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Monitor centre operations and maintain service quality standards.
- Support franchisees in implementing company initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
