**The Details**

* **Hours:** Full\-time, Monday to Friday (with flexibility to meet business needs) * **Location:** Head Office, Silverdale * **Reports to:** Company Directors

**What You'll Do**

As our HR Manager, you'll lead the Human Resources function, providing both strategic and day\-to\-day HR support across the business.

* Lead all aspects of the HR function, ensuring compliance with company policies, employment legislation and HR best practice. * Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development. * Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance issues, ensuring they are handled fairly and consistently. * Develop and implement people strategies that support business growth, employee engagement and talent retention. * Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of people matters. * Support workforce planning, succession planning and employee development across the business. * Promote employee wellbeing and a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives. * Maintain accurate HR records, support payroll administration and produce HR reports to support business decisions. * Lead performance review processes and identify training and development opportunities. * Ensure HR systems and processes are efficient, confidential and compliant with GDPR and Health \& Safety requirements.

**What We're Looking For**

**Essential:**

* Previous experience in a standalone or senior HR role. * Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. * Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills. * Experience managing employee relations cases confidently and professionally. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * High levels of discretion, integrity and confidentiality. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

**Desirable:**

* CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards). * Experience within hospitality, leisure, tourism or a multi\-site business. * Experience implementing HR initiatives that improve engagement and retention.
