Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build and maintain a strong referral network with architects, interior designers, consultants, builders, and corporate clients.
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and recommend suitable interior and modular solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
Convert leads into successful business opportunities while maintaining a high client conversion ratio.
Collaborate with design, estimation, and project execution teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer interactions, and opportunity tracking through CRM.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
