We are looking for an experienced AI Marketing & Operations Manager to lead and manage our growing marketing and lead generation team in Cebu City.
This is not simply a social media, administrative, or traditional project management position.
The person we hire must have strong, practical AI skills and understand how to use AI inside a business to improve marketing, lead generation, automation, productivity, reporting, research, content creation, and team performance.
We need a strong team leader who understands digital marketing, lead generation, artificial intelligence, automation, project management, and employee accountability.
The ideal candidate should be able to take a business objective, develop a plan, assign responsibilities to the team, use AI to improve execution, track performance, solve problems, and make sure projects are completed on time and produce measurable results.
This position is based in our Cebu City office near IT Park and is on-site only.
Because our company primarily serves customers and operations in the United States, working hours will overlap with U.S. business hours. The expected schedule will generally be approximately 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Philippine time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of marketing, lead generation, and support personnel
- Manage multiple marketing projects and campaigns simultaneously
- Develop and improve lead generation strategies
- Build and implement AI-assisted workflows
- Use AI tools for research, content, lead generation, reporting, campaign optimization, and business operations
- Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated with AI
- Train team members on effective use of AI tools
- Develop prompts, workflows, and systems that improve team productivity
- Evaluate new AI tools and determine how they can be used in the business
- Manage CRM systems, funnels, marketing automations, and lead pipelines
- Oversee Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor lead generation performance and cost per lead
- Establish and track team KPIs
- Hold team members accountable for deadlines and performance
- Review daily and weekly reports
- Identify problems and develop solutions without waiting for constant direction
- Improve internal systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate with U.S.-based management and team members
- Help recruit, train, and develop members of the Cebu team
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have:
- Strong hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional business environment
- Ability to build practical AI workflows, not just basic ChatGPT use
- Experience using AI for marketing, automation, research, content, lead generation, or operations
- Strong understanding of prompt development and AI-assisted workflows
- Proven experience managing a marketing or lead generation team
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing
- Experience with lead generation campaigns
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising
- Understanding of Google advertising and lead generation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience managing multiple employees and projects
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work approximately 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Philippine time
- Ability to work on-site in Cebu City
Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, CRM platforms, automation tools, and lead management software is strongly preferred.
AI Skills Are a Core Requirement
This position requires more than casual familiarity with AI.
We are looking for someone who understands how to use AI to solve real business problems.
You should be able to explain specific examples of how you have used AI to:
- Improve marketing performance
- Automate repetitive tasks
- Increase employee productivity
- Build workflows or systems
- Analyze data or reports
- Generate or qualify leads
- Improve content production
- Support decision-making
- Reduce manual work
If your AI experience is limited to basic ChatGPT use, this position is likely not the right fit.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an operator and leader, not someone who simply waits for assignments.
You should be comfortable receiving a goal, creating the plan to accomplish it, organizing the team, using AI and automation to improve execution, monitoring the results, and making adjustments when something is not working.
Compensation
Expected salary range:
PHP 90,000 to PHP 130,000 per month
Compensation will depend on experience, leadership ability, technical knowledge, AI expertise, and demonstrated results.
Exceptional candidates with significant experience in AI, marketing operations, team management, and lead generation may be considered above this range.
Performance-based bonuses may also be available.
Location and Schedule
This is an on-site position in Cebu City near IT Park.
This is not a remote position.
The normal work schedule will be approximately:
6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Philippine time, Monday through Friday
The schedule is designed to provide significant overlap with U.S. business hours.
