About Us
Homewatch CareGivers has delivered trusted, person\-directed home care since 1980\. Homewatch CareGivers Newton\-Wellesley is opening a new office serving thirteen communities across Boston's western suburbs, from Newton and Waltham to Lexington, Belmont, and Bedford. We are hiring our founding Business Development Manager (Community Liaison) to build our referral network from the ground up.
Compensation
•On\-target earnings of $70,000 to $80,000 year one, $85,000 to $95,000 year two
•$55,000 to $65,000 base salary
•3% commission on the revenue you generate in your first 12 months
•Car allowance or mileage
•Health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays
Responsibilities
•Build relationships with discharge planners, skilled nursing, assisted living, hospice, and physician practices
•Establish preferred\-provider and referral agreements
•Own a weekly cadence of in\-person visits across all thirteen communities
•Own the referral\-to\-admission funnel through start of care
•Represent the agency at events and host educational sessions
•Maintain a territory plan and a disciplined CRM pipeline
•Travel up to 90% within the defined territory
Qualifications
•2\+ years in sales, business development, or a home health / healthcare liaison role preferred
•Healthcare, home care, skilled nursing, senior living, or hospice experience preferred
•Existing Boston\-area referral relationships will set you apart
•Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus, not required
•Valid MA driver license and reliable transportation
Pay: $70,000\.00 \- $80,000\.00 per year
