  • Coordinate with brewery partners, sales teams and distributors for stock reconciliation.
  • Monitor inventory movement, stock ageing and procurement planning.
  • Support production scheduling through timely availability of materials.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce inventory holding costs and improve working capital efficiency.

4. Financial Planning & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly financial MIS, budgets, profitability reports and cash-flow forecasts.
  • Track product-wise, market-wise and channel-wise costs and profitability.
  • Assist founders with financial projections, expansion budgets and business planning.

  • Coordinate with distributors, vendors, manufacturing partners and internal teams to resolve operational or financial issues.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. MBA (Finance), M.Com or CA Inter preferred.
  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, procurement or commercial operations.
  • Experience in FMCG, beverages, manufacturing or a product-based startup will be preferred.
