Beyond bid management, the role supports the wider business development and marketing function, contributing to CRM development, client research, sector marketing campaigns and ensuring consistent graphic presentation across all practice communications.
The role requires a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position, including experience with bid and competition submissions. Excellent skills in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator are essential, alongside familiarity with CRM systems. The successful candidate will be a confident and approachable communicator, able to liaise effectively with senior architectural staff to achieve the best outcomes. They will also be a strong writer, capable of adapting content for a range of audiences and translating technical architectural descriptions into clear, engaging text.
