Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and help maintain high team energy and motivation. Requirements Requirements Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience using Jira for task and sprint management. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
