Oversees the day\-to\-day operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient departmental coordination, and achievement of operational and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily hotel operations. * Manage front office, housekeeping, food \& beverage, and maintenance teams. * Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and resolve service issues. * Monitor budgets, revenue, and operating costs. * Develop staff schedules, training, and performance reviews. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards. * Coordinate with sales and marketing to maximize occupancy. * Prepare operational reports and implement service improvements.
