About the Company
Combat Agrotech And Foods Pvt. Ltd. is a growing company engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of fertilizers, bio-pesticides, and other agricultural products. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to build and manage our human resources function while supporting our business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.- Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll processing.- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, and other statutory requirements.- Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.- Design employee engagement and performance appraisal programs.- Coordinate induction and training for new employees.- Work with department heads to plan manpower requirements.- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management.- Support disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.- 4–7 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR operations.- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS software.
Preferred Experience- Experience in manufacturing, agrochemical, agriculture, FMCG, or distribution companies will be preferred.
