About the Company
Combat Agrotech And Foods Pvt. Ltd. is a growing company engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of fertilizers, bio\-pesticides, and other agricultural products. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to build and manage our human resources function while supporting our business growth.
Key Responsibilities\- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.\- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.\- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.\- Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll processing.\- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops \& Establishments Act, and other statutory requirements.\- Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.\- Design employee engagement and performance appraisal programs.\- Coordinate induction and training for new employees.\- Work with department heads to plan manpower requirements.\- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management.\- Support disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications\- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.\- 4–7 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.\- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.\- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR operations.\- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.\- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS software.
Preferred Experience\- Experience in manufacturing, agrochemical, agriculture, FMCG, or distribution companies will be preferred.
