Job Role We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager whose primary responsibility will be to recruit and build a strong Business Development team for Shubh Music Entertainments. This is a specialised recruitment role focused on identifying candidates with strong networking ability, public connections, entertainment industry exposure, and the ability to build and manage large audience networks.
Key Responsibilities Recruit Business Development Managers (BDMs) and other business development professionals for the company. Understand the BDM job role and identify candidates suitable for networking, field activities, audience development, and entertainment-related campaigns. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, cold calling, and direct networking. Identify and approach suitable candidates from entertainment and related networks, including: Social media influencers and content creators Fan club organisers and representatives Event promoters and organisers Cinema and ticketing-related professionals Entertainment marketing professionals Actors, aspiring actors, models, and creative professionals Film industry contacts and professionals
Sales and marketing professionals with strong local networks Build recruitment connections with local entertainment communities, fan clubs, colleges, event groups, and other relevant networks. Conduct initial interviews, screen candidates, and coordinate shortlisted candidates with management. Follow up with selected candidates until successful joining. Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of suitable BDM candidates. Take ownership of assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely team building.
Candidate Profile Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR. Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills. Comfortable with cold calling and direct candidate approach. Experience in mass hiring, sales hiring, marketing recruitment, or field-force recruitment will be an advantage. Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and aggressively build a recruitment pipeline.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
