We are excited to be recruiting for the next important piece of our history and new talent: an HR Operations Manager! Our HR Operations Manager will support the organization by managing and performing key HR daily functions, including recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, employee records, employee changes, and other HR activities. This position serves as the point of contact for requisitions and candidates and works closely with the Head of Human Resources, hiring managers, employees, and the HR Generalist.
The responsibilities of this role may include:
- Manages and performs recruiting activities, including requisitions, job postings, sourcing, applicant tracking, candidate communication, phone screens, interview coordination, and candidate disposition.
- Serves as the point of contact for requisitions and candidates and works with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
- Maintains the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), applicant records, recruiting metrics, and recruiting and hiring compliance requirements.
- Reviews applications and evaluates candidate work history, education, training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications.
- Maintains and provides recruiting and interviewing training to hiring managers.
- Maintains talent pipelines and supports recruiting efforts through job boards, referrals, job fairs, and other appropriate sources.
- Coordinates onboarding activities, including orientation, onboarding materials, and new hire support, with support from the Marketing and HR Specialist.
- Ensures and reviews 30-day and 90-day follow-ups with new hires to assess their onboarding experience and address concerns.
- Completes and ensures accuracy of timely new hire benefits enrollment, processes life event changes, assists employees with benefits questions, and reviews and reconciles benefit invoices.
- Responds to general inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, timecards, etc. from employees and leadership at various levels of the organization.
- Prepares and provides the HR payroll file each pay period, communicating employee changes and other applicable payroll information to Accounting.
- Maintains and reviews payroll folders, ensuring all employee records are up to date, properly secured, and that benefits, pay changes, 401(k) contributions, and other updates are accurately entered and reflected in the system.
- Processes compensation increases, promotions, and role transitions.
- Ensures accurate and organized employee and new hire records in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.
- Ensures employment verification requests occur promptly and accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Supports offboarding activities in coordination with the Head of HR and HR Generalist.
- Provides support to the HR department on various special projects.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you must possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- 5 years of Human Resources experience
- Must possess the ability to travel upwards of 10% of the time to other company building locations as needed

Pay Range
$90,000
The above pay range represents a general guideline; however, BPM considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
