About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Recruiter** to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end\-to\-end recruitment process, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Key Responsibilities
* Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for various departments. * Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers. * Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. * Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. * Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. * Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. * Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. * Negotiate salary within approved budgets and extend offer letters. * Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire. * Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate records, and hiring trackers. * Build and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants and job portals when required. * Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports, including hiring metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer\-to\-joining ratio. * Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate joining experience. * Promote the company's employer brand through social media and recruitment campaigns.
Requirements
* Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline. * 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. * Hands\-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms. * Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously. * Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is an added advantage. * Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and able to work under deadlines.
