About the Role:
Coplay up! We're looking for a Area Manager/Cluster Manager to join our team, both at work, and at play! We take the work hard, play harder philosophy way too seriously out here. Working Days & Timings:
- 6 days a week, with a mid-week off.
- Shift timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end B2B revenue target of a portfolio of 10 sports clubs. Your mission is to grow revenue through corporate memberships, coaching academies, large-scale B2B events & brand partnerships.
- Focus is on high closing rates and owning monthly revenue targets.
- Own a collective regional community target and coach the on-ground team to ensure community efforts translate into revenue.
- Drive absolute SOP compliance and escalation management for your assigned sports clubs.
- Maintain high-level relationships with club partners and facilitate partner assistance.
Qualification:
- Has owned B2B revenue in a Phygital startup (Physical ops + Digital scale).
- Gets a kick out of closing and has a proven track record in B2B sales.
- Is comfortable with CRMs and dashboards.
- Measures success by the results, not just the hours you put in.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A keen eye for attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Ready to work in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
- Good to have: Experience in Sports industry, Venue Operations.
- Experience in handling multiple locations/centres/venues.
