We are looking preferable a women HR for our company who has minimum experience of 2 to 3 years.
We are coming up with New South Indian cafe soon. Following are the areas where HR should focus on and preferably from hotel industry.
- Hiring skilled manager,chefs,kitchen staff and service associates.
- Creating SOP based training so that they delivers consistent quality.
- Building a warm,customer-first culture
- Maintaing discipline,hygience,grooming and food safety standards
- Planning manpower as new outlets are opened.
