Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures
- Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records
- Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations effectively
- Maintain recruitment trackers, HR reports, and employee databases with accuracy
- Support employee engagement initiatives and implementation of HR policies and processes
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in HR, recruitment, and HR operations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organized, and capable of independently handling multiple HR responsibilities
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
