- Manage employee offboarding, final payroll and exit processes.
- Develop and improve global HR policies, procedures and workflows.
- Maintain accurate headcount and HR records and provide regular HR reporting.
- Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees across the Group.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in fintech, financial services or technology.
- Strong recruitment and employee lifecycle management experience.
- Practical payroll knowledge and experience working with Accounting/payroll providers.
- Experience working with international and remote teams.
- Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent English.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
