Pioneer Malaysian stationery wholesaler and distributor in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur with nearly 50 years of experience and sole agent for top Japanese brands.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and support major retail chain accounts, other key customers in Malaysia.
- Location: Segambut, Kuala Lumpur
- Work Mode: Work from Office (Mon - Fri)
- Remuneration: RM3,000 - RM4,000 + sales incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Support daily buyer communication, follow up on orders, and maintain good relationships with retail partners.
- Sales Execution & Growth: Support monthly and annual sales targets, track sell-in and sell-out performance, identify fast-moving and slow-moving products, and optimize product display planograms.
- Product Listing & Promotions: Manage new product listings, verify pricing/barcodes, track listing status, and execute promotional/festive campaigns.
- Merchandising & Store Visits: Perform regular store visits, check planogram compliance, verify price tags/POSM materials, and optimize shelf visibility with merchandisers.
- Stock Coordination: Monitor retail warehouse and outlet inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment and prevent stockouts or overstock.
- E-Commerce Operations: Manage e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), update store branding, maintain chat response rates/ratings, and run promotional campaigns
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience (FMCG, retail, procurement, or key account sales is an advantage).
- Mandarin fluency is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
- Willing to travel for store visits within Malaysia
