- Technical and disciplinary management of the Services Sales Coordinator and Supply Chain Manager teams
- Acting as the station manager's deputy and providing active support in day-to-day operations as well as on strategic issues
- Active involvement in day-to-day operations
- Organizing and ensuring the smooth handling of service requests and processes
- Optimization and implementation of processes in the area of service administration
- Providing technical support to employees when dealing with complex issues
- Support for projects aimed at further developing the infrastructure and processes within the service station Your profile :
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung; Weiterbildung zum Betriebswirt oder Techniker von Vorteil
- Several years of professional experience in technical service, ideally with initial management experience
- Strong leadership and social skills as well as excellent communication skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- High level of responsibility and assertiveness
- Confident use of common software (MS Office, ideally SAP or comparable systems)
