Summary:

BIM Coordinator will be involved in Coordination Works between CSA and MEP works. BIM Coordinator shall ensure consistency between BIM Model and relevant drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Working towards deadlines set by BIM Manager
Assist in preparation and update of BIM models for development of CSD models for submissions
Participate in meetings to ensure BIM Model is accurate for constructability.
Participate the CSD coordination meetings with engineers and designers. Follow up with the project team on CSD and BIM model update
Support Project Team for Presentations with BIM Model and related activities
Report regularly to the Project Manager on the progress of assigned project works

Job Requirements:

Preferably minimum 4 years of working experience in BIM Modelling, preferably on data centre.
Well-versed and have good knowledge in using BIM software such as Revit and Naviswork
Assist in review the BIM Model and quality control
Must have good ability to read drawings and understand design drawings
Diploma in Engineering or other relevant disciplines.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
