Hyundai MOBIS | Corporate Center America (MCCA)
Hyundai MOBIS Corporate Center America is seeking a qualified Cybersecurity Analyst to strengthen and support our regional cybersecurity strategy across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
This position will play a key role in implementing regional cybersecurity frameworks, managing security risks, supporting global security initiatives, and ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Global Cybersecurity Initiatives
- Evaluate existing and planned security solutions for effectiveness, manageability, and compliance.
- Adapt global headquarters' cybersecurity standards and policies to regional requirements.
- Coordinate and support global security audits across the Americas.
- Ensure regional IT environments align with local regulatory requirements.
Security Risk Management
- Collaborate with security operations teams during cybersecurity incidents.
- Conduct security architecture reviews and identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Perform enterprise-wide qualitative and quantitative risk assessments.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Maintain security risk registers and monitor remediation activities.
Cybersecurity Operations & Excellence
- Assess regional cybersecurity maturity and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and IT Infrastructure teams to improve service availability and resilience.
- Establish and monitor regional cybersecurity KPIs.
- Support cybersecurity solution implementation for new business entities.
Partner Management
- Collaborate with Hyundai AutoEver and other strategic IT partners.
- Optimize cybersecurity service delivery and regional security operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 2–7 years of experience in Cybersecurity Engineering or a similar corporate IT security role.
- Hands-on experience with security technologies such as SIEM, Firewalls, DLP, NAC, VPN, SOC, web filtering, and vulnerability management tools.
- Knowledge of international security frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001 and TISAX.
- Strong analytical, risk management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading cybersecurity projects from planning through implementation.
- Experience coordinating regional or global cybersecurity initiatives.
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or TISAX Assessor.
