We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales expansion and shop partner network across the Philippines. In this role, you will be the face of our brand in the field—building strong relationships with independent auto shops, modification centers, and parts distributors, while driving B2B sales for our proprietary line of high-performance car parts.
Working directly alongside our CEO, you will have a direct impact on our nationwide growth, brand presence, and commercial strategy.
What You'll Do
- Identify, target, and sign high-potential auto repair, detailing, and modification shops across key regions in the Philippines to become authorized partners or stockists.
- Negotiate partnership terms, wholesale pricing agreements, and shop endorsement packages that drive mutual growth.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for all partner shops, ensuring long-term brand loyalty and repeat orders.
- Conduct regular on-site shop visits, product demonstrations, and technical briefings to educate shop owners and mechanics on our branded parts catalog.
- Pitch and close B2B sales orders for inventory stocking, build projects, and exclusive product lines.
- Identify regional market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging product demand to refine sales pitches on the ground.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to align field initiatives with overall company revenue and expansion goals.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, sales pipelines, partner feedback, and accounts through regular CRM updates and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and inventory teams to ensure seamless product delivery and fulfillment for partner shops.
