This is a Full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday on a roster operating between 7:00am and 7:00pm , with hybrid working arrangements available following the completion of training.

Reporting to the IT Service Desk Team Leader, you'll be part of a busy and supportive Service Desk, providing first-level technical support to I-MED staff and healthcare professionals. • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with healthcare professionals, staff and managers

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the initiative to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Excellent computer literacy, with the ability to confidently navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Previous experience in a high-volume IT Service Desk or customer support environment is desirable.
