Role Description
iSupport Worldwide is looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Product Data and Creative Design to lead teams responsible for product data management, PLM operations, BOM/product configuration, and creative production workflows.
This role is ideal for a hands-on operations leader who understands both the technical side of product data and the operational side of creative production. You should be comfortable mentoring teams, owning escalations, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring product and creative deliverables meet quality, regulatory, and brand standards.

Qualifications
✅ Strong leadership experience with the ability to:
- Lead operational teams
- Mentor and develop employees
- Conduct coaching sessions
- Provide technical and operational guidance
- Manage performance and quality
- Drive accountability and continuous improvement
✅ Comfortable serving as an escalation point for complex operational and system-related concerns
✅ Advanced Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) knowledge
✅ Must have experience owning, troubleshooting, or escalating PLM system issues, rather than simply using the platform as an end user
✅ Strong understanding of:
- Product Setup
- Product Data Maintenance
- Product Revisions
- Product Releases
- Data Validation
- Product Data Integrity
- Change Management Workflows
Centric PLM experience is highly preferred, although strong experience with comparable enterprise PLM platforms may be considered.
