As Centre Manager at Community Kids Haven Hillside, you’ll lead a passionate team delivering high\-quality, play\-based learning while driving operational excellence and centre growth.

**The Role**
* Lead the overall operations, performance, and culture of a high\-performing early learning centre. * Mentor and empower educators to deliver exceptional care aligned with EYLF and NQS. * Drive occupancy, financial performance, and continuous quality improvement. * Build strong relationships with families, the community, and key stakeholders. * Ensure full compliance with National Regulations and champion the Centre’s Quality Improvement Plan.
**What You’ll Bring**
* ACECQA\-approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in early childhood education, including at least 2 years in a Centre Manager or senior leadership role. * Demonstrated success in improving occupancy, financial performance, and team engagement outcomes. * Strong working knowledge of National Regulations, NQS, EYLF, and Victorian frameworks. * Proven capability in budget management, rostering, and operational compliance. * Current Working with Children Check and all mandatory certifications (First Aid HLTAID012, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, Mandatory Reporting, Food Safety Supervisor).
