Job Summary
IACR Research Institute is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable AI Healthcare Consultant & Trainer to provide consulting and practical training in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Healthcare Analytics, and AI applications in healthcare.
The candidate will be responsible for helping students, healthcare professionals, institutions, and organizations understand how AI can be practically applied to improve healthcare, clinical research, data analysis, documentation, and operational workflows.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Healthcare Consulting
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable AI solutions for healthcare and life sciences.
- Identify practical AI use cases across healthcare and clinical research.
- Consult on the implementation of Generative AI, AI automation, and AI-powered workflows.
- Demonstrate AI tools and recommend appropriate solutions based on organizational requirements.
- Develop AI use cases, workflow recommendations, proof-of-concept ideas, and implementation plans.
- Support healthcare organizations, CROs, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and educational institutions in AI adoption.
- Prepare consulting reports, presentations, proposals, case studies, and project documentation.
- Advise clients on responsible AI usage, data privacy, security, and ethical considerations.
AI Healthcare Training
- Conduct online and offline training programs on AI in Healthcare.
- Train students and professionals on Generative AI, AI tools, Prompt Engineering, and Healthcare Analytics.
- Explain practical applications of AI in:
- Healthcare Analytics
- Healthcare Operations
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations using real-world healthcare.
- Develop training presentations, practical assignments, case studies, assessments, and projects.
- Mentor students in completing healthcare AI projects.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, seminars, and corporate training sessions.
- Support learners with interview preparation and career guidance in AI and healthcare.
AI Tools & Technologies
The candidate should have practical knowledge of relevant AI tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Microsoft Copilot
- Google Gemini
- Perplexity and AI research tools
- Generative AI platforms
- Prompt Engineering tools
- AI automation tools
- Healthcare AI applications
- Data Analytics and Visualization tools
Knowledge of Python, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Machine Learning, or Data Science will be an added advantage.
Healthcare Domain Knowledge
Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Pharmacy
- Life Sciences

- Data Science / Data Analytics
- Bioinformatics
Relevant certifications in AI, Generative AI, Healthcare AI, Data Science, or Healthcare Analytics will be an advantage.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in AI, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Healthcare IT, Data Analytics, Training, Consulting, or related fields.
- Experience conducting technical training, workshops, webinars, or corporate training is preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical AI knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
