About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Intern – Customer Success (Ground Operations) to support client coordination, program execution, and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication and customer-handling skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams, travelling when required, and supporting operations at different client locations. Candidates should be comfortable with location flexibility and long-term client deployments based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day ground operations and program coordination at client locations.
- Assist with client onboarding, communication, and coordination.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and requirements.
- Handle client queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and operational documentation accurately.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Adapt to different client environments, work practices, and operational needs.
- Use Excel/Google Sheets and other digital tools for daily reporting and coordination.
- Travel to client locations across the North region whenever required.

Qualifications & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with internship or entry-level experience are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in customer support, client coordination, administration, or operations will have an added advantage.
- Must be comfortable with travel, location flexibility, and long-term client deployments, as required.
