**Job Title:** Digital Marketing Manager cum Account Manager
**Location:** Chembur Mumbai
**Experience:** 3–5 years
**Role Overview**
As an Account Manager, you'll act as the central point of contact for clients and internal teams. You'll oversee campaign delivery across performance marketing platforms and ensure success metrics are achieved.
**Key Responsibilities**
● Manage end\-to\-end client communication and expectations
● Understand campaign goals and recommend data\-driven strategies
● Lead internal coordination from briefing to reporting
● Monitor performance and optimise campaigns in collaboration with media teams
● Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and review insights
● Identify growth and upsell opportunities
● Document action plans, meeting notes, and updates
● Stay updated with digital trends, platforms, and innovations
**Who You Are**
● 3–5 years in account/client servicing roles in digital or performance marketing
● Excellent communication and relationship skills
● Highly organised, with multitasking abilities
● Preferably experienced with Meta, Google Ads, Programmatic
**Bonus Points**
● Familiarity with Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio
● Project management tools: ClickUp, Trello, Notion
● Experience with influencer/content\-led performance campaigns
