Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor complete day-to-day traffic and transportation operations.
  • Plan and coordinate vehicle movement, route allocation, and trip scheduling.
  • Ensure timely placement of vehicles and smooth execution of deliveries.
  • Monitor vehicle movement and track trips to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
  • Coordinate with drivers, transporters, customers, and internal operations teams.
  • Handle traffic-related operational issues, delays, breakdowns, and route challenges.
  • Optimize routes and vehicle utilization to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor driver performance and ensure smooth fleet operations.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation policies, documentation, and operational SOPs.
  • Coordinate with management and other departments to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement processes and SOPs for better traffic management.
  • Ensure effective communication and timely resolution of customer and operational concerns.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate or equivalent qualification.
  • 7–8 years of relevant experience in Traffic Management, Transportation Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Fleet Management, or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle routing, trip planning, and transportation operations.
  • Experience in handling drivers, transporters, and operational teams.
  • Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Good knowledge of MIS reporting and operational documentation.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of transportation and traffic operations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
